Inspiration: Yellow Tulips

Today's post is about 2 cards I made after seeing Heather Telford's March 20th post called "Dazzling Postcard". I love the yellow flowers, the vintage postcard look and the painterly feel of the tulips.
Here is my first attempt:

I like to find inspiration online and then use supplies that I have on hand to see what I can create. I tend to fall into that trap of feeling like I need the exact same things the other person used. But if I do that, I spend all my time shopping and buying more stuff instead of creating! I've also found that I learn more and feel better about the outcome when I use what I have.
And here is my 2nd card. I often create in pairs because I get ideas of different things to try. You can really see those differences in this post: Birthday Card Inspiration.

Which one do you like better?
Don't let a lack of supplies keep you from creating!
